Mofi - Mobile fisheries log for Android – Latest Version & Features

Mofi is a free app for fisheries compliance monitoring developed by Anchor Lab in collaboration with Thünen Institute, Germany.The app is designed for fishermen and automatically logs a fishing vessels position at sea while enabling fishermen to register their fishing operations.
It contains an interactive map showing the route of the vessel at sea a long with different types of light weight sea chart information.
The map supports various types of layers that can be downloaded directly from inside the app*.
All downloaded layers works offline, meaning they are stored on the phones memory and rendered without the need of an internet connection.All data logged during a fishing trip is automatically uploaded to land for compliance review*.* Data charges may apply.
