The app experience is okay. But why bother ordering ahead when in-store customers get served before you even though they arrived after your order was submitted? Why doesn't my order go right into queue instead of being made 10-15 minutes later? I'm also tired of ordering things that the store then doesn't have in stock.
wonderful app
This is the second time I have ordered from the app, waited for the order to show ready for pickup, and drove to the store only to find my order had not even been started. More than frustrating that the app seems to be automated and not actually what's going on at the store. I'd rather wait and pickup when the order is actually ready. Frustrated at a first world problem but why offer the feature if it has no bearing on what's really happening with an order.
Won't work with VPN
The app is great please add a way to leave tips for the local employees!
