When it works. It is handy. But lots of outages. Frustrating for last minute flight changes.
The app rarely works, and have to use browser.
Terrible. Doesn't work when needed but works when you're at your home, office ,etc. looking at flights. Doesn't work at the airport so just get a paper boarding pass as it's useless to rely on this. Also, the app continuously has "technical issues" which just means reinstall the app because Delta's too damn lazy to actually fix their app propey. Also, alot of the time on the app, it won't let me pick boarding seats. Seriously Delta, what in the actual hell? Fix this ASAP!!
I'd give it a half star if I could. Absolute garbage. The launch success rate with this app is abysmal, systems seem to be perpetually down. For the money we pay to fly Delta, you would think prioritizing a solid, dependable app would be a priority.
It is very glitchy. For the last several days I have not been able to log in to make changes to an upcoming flight.
