I always reserve the car the night before for the morning. I did this for about two weeks and each time (except twice) I had to end up calling the dispatcher because either the car didn't show up or left before the scheduled time. For example: One morning the driver called me at 7:05am with an attitude saying, "I'M DOWNSTAIRS!!" I told him that I ordered the cab for 7:15am and he hung up before I could say that I was coming down. I got downstairs at 7:10am and he left. I called dispatch immediately and he said "Well the cab is not going to wait for you!" I had to explain to him that I ordered the car for 7:15am and he left before the scheduled time... as a matter of fact I was on the phone with the dispatcher before 7:15am!! If I wanted the cab at 7:05 am I would have ordered it for that time and be downstairs! They sent me another car each time(sometimes from other company), but what's the point of using the app if it's NOT reliable??!! Once again I had to call dispatch this morning after I had already reserved a car the night before! The app also does not always track the trajectory of the car... on minute it will read "In route" then the next it will read that the job was completed... when I'm clearly standing there WAITING!! Plus in the history they erased all of my previous confirmed reservations except for two. I only continued to use the service because I was in bind and needed to get my son to school. They need to get it together or don't offer the service!!!
use it all the time, very gd. i wanna know the reason y the app has to find accounts on your device that has nothing to do with the service. please explain that to your customers

This cab app is the worst. The apps need a lot of work , the employees are rude, they never have any cabs available. I've gone to the actual base to order a cab, since it's across the street from me and it's even worst than the app. I went to the base to order a cab early morning and instead of telling me that none were available they left me standing there for 20 mins to half an hour. I was late to my doctor's appointment and had to walk 5 blocks just to get a cab. Watson you are awful with very bad service and very bad employees. I'll stick to Uber or Lyft. š¤
watson been my choice of cab service...they always come thru in the clutch...no matter where i am stranded they manage to get me home safe...and if thry cant do it...they make sure another cab service gets me a car...thank you watson...for getting my grandma, my mom, me, and now my son and daughter to our destinations safely...
