MMPT stands for Meditation, Mindfulness, and Positive Psychology Training, and is a psychological education program that helps you manage your own mind to lower stress and increase well-being.
This application provides the MMPT psychological education face-to-face program as a mobile application so that you can learn it on your own regardless of time and space.It consists of audio clips of approximately 10 minutes each day for a month, and if you leave your thoughts or questions, you can receive answers from an MMPT professional instructor and support from other participants.
You can also set an alarm so you dont forget to train every day.
