This application offers medical guidance through video calls to maintain close, effective communication and reduce patient mobility.Process for receiving virtual medical guidance:1.
Receive the invitation by text message from the Ministry of Health.2.
Download the application and verify your cell number.3.
Capture your personal data and the tracking folio that we will send you by SMS.Initiate attention.
In case the doctors are busy, the application will put you in the waiting room, showing you the time remaining for you to be seen.4.
Press the "Activate notification" button if the wait is longer than 6 minutes and we will notify you when they can attend you.5.
Enter your follow-up page again, within five minutes, in case the video call ends unexpectedly to continue with the same doctor.6.
During the care, the doctor will carry out an interrogation, medical evaluation and will provide recommendations depending on the evaluation.7.
Doctor ends the video call.
When the care is finished you will receive a text message with the medical orientation received.
