The app shows the information offered by the meteorological station of the Calar Alto Observatory in Almería (southern Spain).

The station is located in the Calar Alto Observatory at an altitude of 2168m, and at a distance in a straight line from the capital Almería (and, therefore, from the sea) of about 50 km.
Its geographical situation is very interesting when it comes to knowing the prevailing weather conditions in the place.
