The purpose of this app is to support clinical study enrollment, participant consent, device setup and management.
Applied Research is intended solely for the purposes of clinical research and any information collected by this application is protected health information covered by HIPAA.
The use of this app requires prior consent and approval to participate in studies authorized for use by Applied Cognition, Inc.
