Via the My Meerdervoort app you can view your investments, such as bonds, participations and / or mortgage financing, as an existing Meerdervoort relation 24 hours a day.
In this version of Mijn Meerdervoort, only the Meerdervoort Guarantee Funds have been implemented in the first instance: MGF I, MGF II, MGF III and MGF XL.
The so-called Closed Funds of Meerdervoort will be included in a next version.
You simply consult the fund documentation of the various funds, maturities and the return already received and yet to be received (the contractual interest).
The app will be expanded with information about the real estate in which you invest and periodic financial reports.
The immediate purchase of bonds is also planned for a next release.
Ultimately, a "marketplace" will be implemented within the app where you can also offer your shareholdings for sale, in whole or in part.
