It is an innovative animation of 4 specific tennis tests, without racket and on the court, during lesson hours, to energize and challenge tennis lessons and school, and to evaluate and compare global motor skills and abilities.
of speed, resistance and endurance for children aged 4 to 14.
Each test takes 5 to 10 minutes, at the beginning or at the end of the course, i.e.
a total of 40 minutes maximum for 30 hours of lessons.
The tests can be repeated 2 or 3 times a year.
The tests take into account the exact age of the child on the day of the test and all the results are detailed on Excel, by club, by gender, by age...
We can set up marvel tests as a simple sports animation, we can use the results for the organization of a challenge within the tennis school, but also compare the results with other clubs, committees...
