This app is aimed at forming a picture of overall company health by getting continuous feedback from key stakeholders throughout the organisation against a series of centrally defined KPIs (Key Performance Indicators).
Senior management can then view the overall picture in the dashboard and drill down to find outliers.
Contact details are provided so that outliers can be contacted without disturbing other busy members of the management team.
Stakeholders are only allowed to score KPIs in which they have knowledge or expertise.
For example, a member of the IT team could score on the robustness of the companys IT security, whereas a member of the financial team would assess the companys financial health
