About Waveny’s Navigator
The Navigator App was created as a supportive device for New Canaan Navigator clients with 24/7 access to an Alzheimer’s Navigator, as well as additional support services and information.
Our Mission is to provide a single point of entry for primary caregivers serving individuals suffering from Alzheimers.
This application contains: Frequently Asked Questions, access to supportive services, education, research on new medications and treatments.
The Waveny LifeCare Network’s Alzheimer’s at Home Navigator Program is a free service for New Canaan residents living at home with a loved one suffering from Alzheimers.
The program offers priority access into Waveny’s Continuum of Care, as well as ongoing support and guidance from a trained Navigator.
Our goal is to help prepare caregivers for what the future may hold, how to best interact with and address changes in behavior and condition; and, to offer support during the difficult times through this journey caring for someone with Alzheimers.
We understand the stress and frustration that this journey brings, as well as the planning needed to create a safe lifestyle for you and your family.
