Awesome app
Constant issues and the company is hard to work with
When I have to move my truck and forget to put in personal conveyance, it goes into driving mode. When I call support to get it fixed (keep in mind it's really a fix, not cheating on the logs), they say they can't do anything about it because "according to the system, I started my shift". What about according to me, who is the driver and is the one operating the cmv, I think I would know when my shift starts. Today, I'm stopping using keeptruckin as my elog service.
It's bad enough that we have to use an automated electronic satellite tracker - but now one mile over the speed limit and you send a notification to our company I really call that entrapment and invasion this application just kind of sucks it don't stay up and you invade our privacy
