There are two options: if you know the loan amount, the interest rate and the number of installments you want to pay, it automatically calculates the amount of the installment.
If you already have the installment amount along with the loan amount and the number of installments, the application automatically calculates the interest amount so no one else will fool you and say that you are paying a 2% am fee while in fact is making you pay 2.5% or even 3% am interest rate.It is one of the only ones that can generate a simulation of payments of the SAC Table, informing at the end of the table the total amount paid, total interest, average value of the parcels and average value of interest in each parcel.It also includes the Total Effective Cost (Annual and monthly) in all simulations (just inform the value of the fees).And besides all this, the application can still compare the two interest systems - PRICE Table and SAC table, showing exactly everything you need to know: total amount paid at the end, total interest paid at the end, average value of the parcel and average value of interest.
