You are just a teacher and you have all the enthusiasm in the world to train and help your students.
But the system sometimes (almost always) complicates your life, and who should help you seems to only put thorns in your way: curricular reforms with treachery and nightmares, dualization right and left, companies with ERTEs for pandemics, FCT in summary, bureaucracy, more bureaucracy, index, indicators, and a thousand more difficulties will accompany you in your life as a teacher.
