With this app, medical experts who work for disability insurance in Switzerland receive an instrument to easily meet all legal requirements for sound recordings.
The conversation can be recorded in the app.
As soon as there is an internet connection, the sound recording is saved on the IVs server.
This avoids data loss and no files are saved locally on your mobile phone.
The recording can be listened to in the app to create the report, playback options support this step.
Once the report has been completed, the sound recording can be transferred directly and securely to the respective IV office in the app, only then can the IV have the sound recording at its disposal.
The sound recording can then be consulted for 30 days if the IV requests it.
Registration and approval by the IV office is required to use the app.
The app is protected by a login and 2-factor authentication.
