The purpose of this project on "Providing people with disabilities with decent work in the open labor market through a special recruiting web portal" is to provide decent jobs and increase social protection of people with disabilities of working age (for men 16-59 years old, for women 16-54 years old ).To achieve this goal, our specialized web portal helps people with disabilities find suitable jobs, internships and vocational training courses, and for inclusive employers, suitable employees with disabilities.The portal publishes up-to-date vacancies, internships and training courses available for persons with disabilities.
Applicants can register and create their resume.
The project coordinators themselves have a disability, as well as the necessary skills and experience to individually study each portal user to help him or her find the job of their dreams.Our organization also provides consultations to the private and public sectors, conducts various trainings and seminars on disability issues, proper treatment of people with disabilities, their inclusive employment, workplace adaptation, tax benefits and preferences, and other issues.This mobile application was developed with the support of the Eurasia Foundation under the Social Innovation in Central Asia program funded by the United States Agency for International Development (USAID).
