Instacart has the worst rating system and is meant to put all the blame on the shopper when it's out of their hands
Love to use instacart, use it every week. So convenient.
This app crashes a lot. Have to close app and restart a lot.
Just used as a brand new customer and have found it to be easy to use and navigate through the app. You do sometimes have to do a bit searching for the exact thing you want. So far have had wonderful delivery and support help, with the shipper communicating very well when they couldn't find an item and asking about refunds or replacements for said item.
Great service, & they stand by their service. Any error & they correct it or give you credit on your next order or refund. Makes my life easier & safer with the Covid virus lurking around.
