My e-Hospital has been developed for home admission of adult patients, who are assessed by the hospital to have a better course of treatment at home admission.The app allows you to contact the hospital directly (acute / non-acute) and keep track of todays appointments with the hospital.
Via the app, you must report your vital parameters and participate in video consultations in accordance with the hospitals instructions, which appear in the app.
You will receive notifications before your appointments with the hospital and are encouraged to adhere to the times.Be aware that the app does not measure your vital parameters itself, but that you must enter them yourself at least once a day by following the instructions in the app.
You should contact the hospital at all times if your symptoms suddenly worsen.To use the app, you must log in with NemID and accept the consent.My e-Hospital has been developed by Netcompany for Nordsjællands Hospital.
