This app is basically a data collection app where through various app the weight of the LBW cases get monitored.
IHAT (India Health Action Trust) is an organization work as helping hand in the Health Segment of India.
IHAT with the support of Government, National & international Bodies work together for the improvement of the Health and health related issues.The App will be used for the approved users only who can upload the data of the LBW babies and once after registration this app will also help the staff for follow up.
Once the identification of the LBW baby has been done then it will provide a timeline through which staff can monitor the LBW baby weight with time.
The core objective of the app is the identification of the fact that how many LBW babies born with in a time frame and how many of them survive after 28 Days.
