Members can request access credentials from the gym.
After installing the application and logging in, they will be able to consult their constantly updated training sheets.
For each exercise to be performed there is a video relating to the correct execution of the exercise itself, a timer to monitor the recovery time, an indication of the series number and the maximum time for carrying out the complete exercise.
