We show exercises for the home - so that your treatment is successful in the long term.Please note: You can use the app only in cooperation with your physiotherapy team at the ÖGK!How do I get home exercises?Your physiotherapy team will suggest exercises on a list.
Each exercise has a QR code.- Click on "My Exercise Schedule" in the app- Activate the QR code reader on the bottom right.- Scan the QR codes of the exercises you want on the list.How do you use your exercise plan?- Click on the desired exercise and "swipe" from picture to picture.- After the last picture a green hackerl appears and you continue with the next exercise.- Under "Expert Tip" you can enter the recommendations of your physiotherapy team for the respective exercise.
