VTHK for Android – Latest Version & Features

The VTHK App is designed to assist the VT website (www.vt.hk) and was developed by the Department of Sports Science, The Chinese University of Hong Kong.It aims to provide professional online health fitness test, fitness guidance and encourage daily multi-point exercise to promote health and physical fitness.
The user first needs to log in to www.vt.hk to register as a member, enter the "fitness plan area" to set up an exercise plan, and then download the VTHK App software.
The VTHK App will communicate with the VT website and issue a "virtual coach" reminder according to the exercise plan schedule you set, which can remind and encourage users to complete exercise training according to the set exercise plan.
Users can also report on their exercise progress through the VTHK App program and obtain exercise points, which is convenient and quick, and has their own personal trainer as a reminder anytime, anywhere.The VT website provides 16 different virtual coaches for users to choose from, as well as short video demonstrations, online health and fitness assessments, and so on.The VTHK App and VT website allow you to easily and interestingly practice your exercise plan, establish goals, and move on to a healthy path.
