The Hexnode Remote Assist application is the companion app of Hexnode UEM.
This app enables the administrators to remotely monitor and control your device screen to provide real-time technical support.
Allow your administrator to establish a secure connection and remotely control the device interface to troubleshoot errors.
Your organization should have a subscription to the Hexnode Unified Endpoint Management solution and have the Hexnode UEM app installed on your device to enable remote assistance.
Hexnode is a Unified Endpoint Management solution that helps IT teams to monitor, manage and secure the mobile devices in their organization.Note: This app may require Accessibility permissions when the Admin enforces Remote Control on your device.
With the Accessibility permissions turned on, the Admin will be able to view and control your device remotely using the Hexnode UEMs Admin portal.
