This is also a recognition for which we are very grateful.Our absolute classic and top favorite of many is the “PLOTER PIE”: a deliciously crispy shortcrust pastry base, filled with airy cream, raspberries, fresh whipped cream, finished with a creamy layer of soft Italian meringue.
