Health Survey MP app is developed to smoothly record and update the information of surveys.
The users can log in through registration by the backend.
Once the user logs in they get two options.
The first option is to run a survey and the second is to do a follow-up.
If the user is running a new survey then he will feed in the necessary information of the family being surveyed and the recordings of the survey.
He can run a follow up on any survey after seven days of the last survey.
On running the follow-up, he will fill in the new recordings as well.
The information includes things like the temperature of the person being surveyed etc.The Health Survey MP app has the aim of running systematic and smooth surveys of families.
