HANNA is a central place in the Achterhoek where martial arts, martial arts, kinesiology and personal growth come together and are accessible to a wide audience.
The goal is to get people to move actively and consciously: physical and mental health is improved by training the body and mind.
In addition to regular training courses, internships, workshops and courses are given to groups, individuals and organisations.
The personal approach by smaller groups makes following the lessons pleasant and effective.
