The Good Bowls mobile app is designed to improve the dietary quality and culinary skills of workers in North Carolina participating in a worksite wellness intervention.
Participants will learn to eat well and cook more at home through short videos and interactive messages and posts.
Additionally, participants interacting in the mobile app will have the opportunity to build community and gain the support of others in reaching their health goals.Features:1.
