Amader Ishkool (AI) is a voluntary non-profit organization of Jhalokathi.
It was founded in 21st October, 2007 as a temporary initiative by some students of Sreemantokathi BS Secondary School .
Later, the initiative established as permanent youth organization named Amader Ishkool.
The headquarters of AI is Sreemantokathi.The organization works on the basis of 5 basic principles:I.

VolunteeringThe mission and vision of the organization are:I.
To enable students specially the village school students to cope with the challenges of the 21st century by widening their general knowledge.II.
To develop the scientific and mathematical talents of the students specially the village school students by eliminating their aversion to science and mathematics.III.
To raise consciousness against different social odds and inconsistencies.IV.
To flourish the friendly relationship among the members of the organization.
