Patients suffering from celiac disease are entitled to the free provision of food with the words "gluten-free, specifically formulated for celiac disease" under Article 1 of Ministerial Decree 17 May 2016.The APP in question allows patients in possession of the voucher issued by their ASL membership to verify the balance.
