It is simply a client that can communicate with a Raspberry PI (a popular single board computer) running server software as indicated above, which needs to be located in transmission range to the garage door you want to open and needs to be physically wired to a suitable remote to activate the opening mechanism.It requires a some technical know how to setup and operate this solution.
