Seems good and there is new leadership but needs time to fix this app and get it back on track before changing the rating to full stars. Still buggy
Won't connect to my phone anymore (android). Customer service said the next update should fix it. I asked if I could use it offline and upload my round to my computer and was told yes as long as I am using Windows. I have a Mac and was told it only works on an older version is not compatible with Big Sur. So until it is updated it is useless for me.
Can now connect to the device again and everything seems to be working fine again. Now just need to play more rounds! Thanks to Michael for the continued updates!
Still not working after the alleged "fix". Doesn't connect anymore, app crashes. Waste.
Uploading a round using this app does not work anymore. GG also stopped Windows app as well. It is disappointing that GG seems to be making old devices obsolete and pushing people to buy newer Pro model which actually makes me not want to buy one. I have been a happy GG user for a long time but I think unfortunately it is time to look into a different system, perhaps Arccos. Update 6 June: The app still does not work properly. It tried to download data and lost half the round today. Please fix
I can finally connect my Live device again and sync all rounds that were stored on it. I can get back to grinding in the areas where the stats tell me i'm lacking. The information you get out of this is extremely valuable for training!
