Estimation application downloads and cost
Utter laughable garbage. No way to quickly open app and access info, have to log in each time. Can't check-in using app, can't just view your trips - you have to go to your email to retrieve your confirmation first, can't do anything with it, what's the point??

It's good for buying new tickets but very buggy and annoying for logging in and retrieving Boarding passes. It acts like a version 1.0. Frustrating a great deal! Also delays are not being updated.
You ask to update. It just doesn't work to update.
