FarmaPoniente was created with the aim of integrating RESOURCES for health professionals, as support for a safe and correct use of medicines.The first resource that has been designed and included in the APP is the guide of ADMINISTRATION of medicines via PARENTERAL in the emergency department (at the Hospital de Poniente).The second resource incorporated in 2020 is the MULTIDOSIS MEDICINES STABILITY guide.Different projects implemented in the Western Health Agency (Highlighted Shift Project, Identification of High Risk Medicines, Intravenous Perfusion Protocol) are integrated into the App.
