The EuREKA app is used in the context of the EuREKA training.
This is an emotion regulation training for young people between 9 and 15 years old that is organized by qualified care providers (e.g., clinical psychologists, orthopedagogues, etc.).
The training takes place face-to-face and the EuREKA app provides support for exercises both during and outside the EuREKA training.This app contains several fun and visual exercises that teach you how to better deal with feelings.
This way you learn to relax, recognize and understand your emotions, encourage yourself in challenging situations and know ways to change your feelings.
