The Etho app combines three elements to ensure engagement across the whole team: A check-in to work Designed to function as a building register and team coordination tool for offsite workers, this essential component provides a practical, daily reason to use the app.
The check-in function also has the added benefit of fulfilling CQC and fire safety requirements.
A check-in on Health & Wellbeing ‘How are you?’ This simple question empowers staff, makes them feel valued and allows them a moment of reflection.
The app provides a safe, anonymous space to answer this question.
It allows for honest, candid responses.
Timely access to support A run of negative check-in scores triggers an alert that a staff member may require support.
This allows team-based Health & Wellbeing Champions to act early.
Individuals also receive signposting to relevant resources from a specially selected library, filtered for their role and location.
The Etho app is currently only available to staff at organisations working with Etho.
