It uses a mostly language-neutral correspondence between Latin and Tengwar letters.
This is called transliteration.
Note that this is different from translation!Supports:- Cirth; Angerthas Erebor (Khuzdul, Sindarin, Quenya, Westron will be supported in the future)- Tengwar for Elvish Quenya (Sindarin will be supported in the future)
