English Folk for Android – Latest Version & Features

The English Folk Expo app is a bespoke planning tool designed for use by delegates registered to attend English Folk Expo, 19th - 22nd October 2023.
The app includes all the info you require to navigate your way around the showcase: info on all artists and their set times, info on all delegates, info on the trade stands exhibiting in the conference, a map to all venues, eateries and hotels, a playlist of all artists performing at this years showcase, a planning tool to create your personalised schedule of the showcase, and a chat function allowing you to network with other delegates attending the event.English Folk Expo (EFEx) is a charity which supports the English folk, roots and acoustic music sector through a variety of projects and initiatives.Each October we invite 180 music industry representatives to Manchester to watch more than 40 of the UKs best folk artists perform over three days.
Our annual showcase event runs alongside the public facing festival - Manchester Folk Festival.SIGN-INTo access the apps features you will need Internet connectivity and be asked to sign in using an email account and give permission for storing your ID on our servers.ACCOUNT AND DATA DELETIONTo request deletion of your account and all associated data, go to the menu, tap SETTINGS, then EDIT MY ACCOUNT and tap the “Delete My Account” button.
You will then receive an email at the address of your logged in account asking you to confirm your data deletion request.LOCATION SERVICESTo enable Find-a-Friend to work, you will need to provide your mobile phone number and allow the app to access your Contacts as well as location when running in the background.BATTERYContinued use of location services running in the background can dramatically decrease battery life.
