Booked taxi via app. No confirmation that taxi booked and when I checked app after taxi was late the app said the taxi was cancelled! Highly unreliable. Ended up phoning another company!

Pretty pointless. The postcide/address finder is awful and it just makes you ring up anyway.

unreliable. it tells you cars are available then rejects your booking saying they are fully booked. what's the point? And after trying unsuccessfully to book a taxi, it tells u that u have one booked but doesn't tell u when!
