This App is designed for the specially abled persons to create login andthen register for getting benefits of schemes running by state govt.Presently there are 2 stakeholders apart from applicant, namely DDJWO (District Divyangjan WelfareOfficer)- who provides the benefits of scheme and CMO (Chief Medical Officer)- who is the approver ofthe application submitted by the applicant.By registering, the applicant will provide: Name, email, mobile no and password.Applicant apply for tri-cycle and artificial limb & equipment by providing the information like name,mobile no , email, village & block name , type of disability and disability percentage.As for other stakeholders, a dashboard is to be prepared to get statistical information of incoming,approved and forwarded, Rejected and pending applications.
On clicking numbers the detailed lists willbe provided.
And further down, single applicant’s details will be displayed for further actions.In addition, information regarding available schemes, eligibility criteria etc will be displayed onnavigational basis.
