Each persons smart phone is configured by a health care professional to link your health measurements to the server, and from there directly and only to your physician.
The DHC APP supports our FDA certified devices in a HIPPA compliant manner and permits your health data to be delivered via blue tooth and cell technology, which enables your doctor to have access, regularly and as indicated.
You monitor once or so every day, and the app does the rest.
