Cute Poketrace is an unofficial tool to give an overview on which shiny is catchable with the Cute Charm glitch from generation 4 games while being able to keep track of it.The app can identify whether the combination of your Trainer and Secret ID is valid and if so, which gender must be targeted.
Checking off catchables can easily be done on each of the individual game pages while the home screen shows an overall progress.
