This App provides Eskom customers with self-service capabilities such as account, billing and meter reading functionality.
The MyEskom Customer App is created and officially endorsed by Eskom Holdings SOC Limited.Eskom customers can: - View their electricity account/s- View the following for a selected account • Account Balance • Last Bill Details: Billing Date, Payments Received, Adjustments, Monthly Charges • Account Details: Name, Postal Address, Email • Premise Details: Premise Description, Premise ID, Service Point ID and Pole Number • Bill Delivery Method- Submit Meter Reading linked to your Account- Submit Meter Reading Remarks in the event you are unable to read your meter- Request an Update of your Customer Details- Change Bill Delivery Method to E-mail- Provides useful links to credit card payment providers- Submit a Basic QueryExcluded:1.
