Crew Fitness is a complete fitness program, including childcare and nutrition counseling.
We offer 3 different classes:• Crew ROW: We combine intervals on the Concept2 rower with body-sculpting and strength-building movements using bodyweight and dumbbells.
Each 45-minute class is unique.
ROW FOR LIFE.• Crew RIDE: The Crew RIDE class uses the Concept2 BikeErg for cardio.
Unlike a traditional spin class, at Crew, we come off the bike for full-body strength building and muscle toning.
Crew RIDE follows the same format as Crew ROW; we just use the bike instead of the rower.
• ROW+RIDE: Row+Ride is a unique hybrid class that will have you on the rower, on the floor with your dumbbells, and on the bike.
