This mobile app has been designed to support Indigenous communities by helping collect meaningful data through the use of surveys.
The app contains information about, and access to, an embedded survey that participants can take based on the parameters set up by each community.
Participants have the option to share their insights and experiences in their own words using video, audio, and in writing.In addition to the survey, the app also provides access to cultural content produced by Our Data Indigenous staff, in the form of videos, pictures, and infographics.The in-app consent form, as well as the privacy policy, can provide details on how survey data is collected and used.Some Indigenous communities have limited access to the Internet, the app is designed to work well offline.
In the event that a survey has been submitted while offline, the app will wait until the device is online to prompt the user to upload the results.
Also, all media content, once downloaded, can play while the device is offline.To get full access to the app, please talk to your local community leaders about having your community become part of the Digital Health Initiative.
