Used mostly for home charging. Good for scheduling or demand. Good reporting (you can touch the Charging Activity graph at any point to see energy use and elapsed time). When the Power Plan rate failed to calculate power provider rate, it was easy to override with a manual rate from the utility bill (future charging). Discovered the app can track MULTIPLE VEHICLES. Very useful with two EVs in the garage.
All of the closest chargers are off limits and not available to the public. I've reported that all 10 stations at one location are behind a locked fence being guarded by a security guard who refuses entry. My comments disappeared. I called customer service and some person 8000 miles away wanted to argue with me that the stations are not shown as available on the app despite having a screenshot. Please do not rely on this app if you have an EV. Use Volta instead.

The support is quick and the station is easy to use
This app is very good. You basically can have all information needed to complete a charging session from this app. BTW, the controls on the charge station are also very useful
