Various systems will send information awaiting approval into the CA system and executives can enter the CA system via Mobile, Web to approve work.It works as follows.Mobile Application- Show a list of transactions and details that can be Viewed/Approve/Rejected.- Shows transaction data that exceeds SLA.- Able to sign at the Approve / Reject steps.- E-Signature can be called from the system at the Approve / Reject steps.- Can be notified of new approved items.- Can view past history and Approve / Reject.Specify information, details of work systems that can be connected to the system.Backend Service- Various systems can send data to be stored in the CA system through Web Service.- Can send Approve / Reject results through Web Service to the source system.
