Desde que cambiaron la política de cancelación del viaje (a que el cliente debe pagar $1.49 si se cancela el viaje) he tenido ya varios problemas. Pido el taxi y los conductores nunca llegan, esperando a que uno cancele el viaje y nos cobren.

If I could rate it less than one star I would. CANNOT log in, it says my password is wrong along with the e-mail and no other option is given to solve the problem.
