EclairTouch Collects is a dedicated collection management app developed to assist phlebotomists with the specimen collection workflow.

Simplified login process.
Scan the barcode ID or enter a user identifier to detect collection staff.
Pending collections Display pending collects by campus; locations; and number of patients with pending collections.
Suggested route order and priority collections optimise collection rounds.
Positive patient identification Scan the patient’s barcode for identification.
App displays patient demographic details for collection staff to confirm correct patient identification.
Order request & specimens to collect Select orders to collect from patient’s order request.
Display details of specimen to collect, including: - tests requested- draw order- number of test tubes required- additional clinical details- colour matching with colour tops used by the laboratory.
Label printing & complete collection Print labels for specimen collection, detailing collection requirements and specimen types.
Scan each sample successfully collected and confirm patient collection process.
Reschedule collection of uncollected specimens.Process is complete, begin next scheduled collection.
