This ensures that their voices are heard, and that the city community is kept up to date on the goings on.
It also helps to keep city officials accountable and on top of any issues that arise.Every city community needs to ensure that its citizens have the ability to easily report any issues they might be facing and raise requests to their local governing body.
In order to achieve this, developing an easy way for citizens to report issues is essential.
This could be in the form of an online portal where citizens could log onto, register their complaints and requests.So, the City community application is designed to assist citizens do two things:1) Report issues they see in their community, and2) Raise request with the city.Once a report or request is submitted, using GPS technology, the City is geolocated and can address the issue right away.This will be addressed and rectified with the help of PRs and RWAs support.
